OUR SCHOOL 

History

Our school was opened at the building of Kadirli Centeral Primary School in the 1989-1990 Academic Year. After continuing to educate the students  at the building of Rasim Ünal, and Mustafa Konaklı Primary School respectively, our school moved to its new building  built with the donations of Gulten-Ali Ziyan couple, whom our school was named after, in the year of 1998-1999 and completed in the year of 2001-2002. It is still keeping on educating students at this building.

Today 

Today our school is a continually devoloping family with 35 teachers, 446 students, one civil servant and no caretakers. In the 2010-2011 Academic Year, 90 students enrolled in  9th grade. Currently, there are 118 students in 10th grade, 113 in 11th grade and 125 in 12th grade

Physical condition 

In our school ,there are fifteen classrooms , three science labs which are physic, chemistery nad biology, and there is enough equipment there. In all labs, a lot of equipment is available to the students' use. Our students do their classes there with audio - visaul methods. Accordingly, they, now and then, carry out some experiments with the help of their teachers.There are an art room. An outstanding and versatile art teacher helps their skills develop and she teaches how to draw a picture in the best way. Of all these facilities, the most important is the technology class. It is used for multı-purpose such as surfing ineternet during the break time, seeing a documantary, showing the slight, etc. We have a administrational area  consisting of principal’s room, teachers’ room, educational guidance service.We have a canteen on the first floor  where we hold  parents’ meeting and social activities. Our school garden is 9.000 square meters.In this area are trees, some grass and flowers. And the garden is enviromentally  designed garden

Our Mission

Our basic aim is to supply an educational atmosphere open to improvements and the use of contemporary teaching methods. In order to enrich this atmosphere, we understand the necessity of being open to many different kinds of scientific and creative studies proposed by our students. We intend to educate students to be social and aware of their responsibility to their communities and the world, and dedicated to a life of creation and discovery in service of humanity.

Values and Principles

We aim to develop students’ awareness of being loyalty to Ataturk’s principles,and try to provide them with the sense of responsibilty  for principles of Turkish National Education System, and also aim to get them  democratic, far-sighted, leader, respectful for human rights, and objective.

Our Vision

            In order to be a school which takes the lead and tries to be one of the top schools among the state schools, We follow closely a scientific breakthrough in the light of Atatürk's principles
